The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom with WC and WHB, fully fitted kitchen including Bosch oven, hob, extractor, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and a lounge with corner window overlooking the courtyard. Staircase leading to first floor which comprises double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Loading and offloading of vehicles can be carried out immediately next to the front entrance door of the property and although no parking is available onsite, parking is available in the road adjacent to the property.
