The Pool House

Welcome to our unique pool house (more of a spa retreat) set within 18 acres with far reaching views to the South Downs way situated with in a 5 minute car drive or 15 minute walk to the Village of Hurstpierpoint with its shops country pubs award winning restaurants and washbrooks family farm .There is a hot tub sauna and tennis courts for your use exclusively and pool is heated from 1st April - October.Brighton is 9 miles Gatwick is 20 miles ( by arrangement use can leave your car ) We live next door but the pool house is completely private and we are only a text away if you need anything ,bikes ,tennis rackets available the sportsman’s pub walkable distance with new eating cabins or Nephur ( Indian takeaway) fish and chips and pizza takeaway and co op all in the village 20 mins walk and the South Downs for hiking on a short drive away The Pool House is set within 20 acres of land with outstanding uninterrupted views of the South Downs ( you can see the famous Jack and Jill windmills from your super king size bed !) Our local Village Hurstpierpoint is a traditional Village with award winning butchers 1 bakery 1 deli 1 award winning curry house ( Nepur ) and The New In Pub and Fig Tree Restaurant and Coffee shops serving great breakfasts ..also antiques and co op and post office for all you need all 2 minutes drive we also have Starbucks coffee 5 minutes away at the local petrol station with a Waitrose wolstunbury Hill ( 5 minutes drive ) on the South Downs has a 360 degree view The Jack and Jill windmills great views and walks Quintessential English Village Cuckfield with Ockenden Manor spa and tea rooms ( Sunday roast a must ) 5 mins Brighton Trendy Hip and amazing nightlife and restaurants and beaches 15 minutes Go carting / clay pigeon shooting in Alborne 5 minutes away Manicure / pedicure services can be arranged to come to the Pool House for a mini spa day trains directly to London (45 mins )from Hassocks train station ( 7 minutes away )
