Railway Cottage is situated in the tranquil Waveney Valley, close to the market towns of Beccles & Bungay and 30 minutes from Norwich and Southwold. With a warming wood-burning stove and views over beautiful open countryside the cottage consists of two double bedrooms both with en-suites, lounge, dining room, kitchen, good size courtyard garden and plenty of parking. Good access to the Norfolk Broads, the beautiful city of Norwich and the coastal delights of Southwold and the seals at Horsey. Loads of good pub/restaurants in Wheatacre, Beccles, Bungay and Ellingham. Plenty of opportunity for boating, cycling and walking. The cottage is self contained and visitors have sole use of courtyard garden and there is plenty of parking available. We run a small local cafe and vintage clothes shop so are out most days but generally available in the evenings. The cottage is situated rurally with little public transport available, so a car is pretty essential! There are plenty of opportunities for country walks and cycling, and we are just a couple of miles from Burgh Staithe and Beccles if you want to take to the water!
