My family is very active and we know all of the local attractions in case you need any help otherwise you have your privacy. 2 Nearby parks one block from the house. One has a disc golf course, jogging path, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts! 40-60 minutes from 6 major ski resorts There is a Trax station that takes you to SLC within a mile distance. -No Animals: $500 penalty fee. -No Smoking $500 penalty fee. -Quiet time Sunday-Thurs 9:30 pm and later -Quiet time on Friday and Saturday starts at 11 pm
