Villa among treetops, Lerum

This is a large villa in the town Lerum, situated 22 km from Gothenburg. Now a days we live two adults here, Joakim and Sofie. Our grown up children have moved to their own apartments. We therefore have plenty of space for you to use. The villa is located 20 min walk from train station in Lerum. There are also buses to take to arrive closer to the house. If you arrive by car there is space outside to park. At ground floor there is a bedroom for one person and a lovely kitchen for you. Outside the kitchen you have a nice terrace to use. There is also a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there are clothes care facilities with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two double beds and a large bathroom with a shower and a dubble bath. There is also a livingroom with TV. On third floor you have another living room and a terrace to use. There is also a bed for one person and the two sofas are possible to sleep in. You can of course use our kitchen if you want. For breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is possible to set the table outdoors on the terrace if the weather allows. Or sit inside around a large dining table with plenty of space for 8 people.
