Beautiful house in CORINTHIA BEACH!

A beautiful spacious beachfront house of 126m2 situated just on the beach of the Corinthian Gulf in the Peloponnese! This beautiful beachfront house is 126sqmeters right on the beach of Corinthia in northern Peloponesse! It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of them offering a marvelous seaview and the other one viewing the quiet green back garden!Every single bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan offering a pleasant temperature during hot days in an ecological way! Also in the ground floor that also offers a magnificent seaview there is a comfortable living room ,tv,wireless internet, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine,a dish washer,large refrigerator etc! A wooden table in the spacious balcony of the living room is ideal for taking your breakfast or dinner gazing at the blue colour of the sea and relaxing with the gentle sea breeze coming from the Corinthian Gulf. The house has 2 floors and 3 full bathrooms.(Two of them in the upper floor and another one in the ground floor) and also has an indoor and safe parking space for 2 cars and a big garden.Beach-chairs and a family umbrella for the sun are also provided to the guests in order to enjoy the sea and the sun!There is also a shower in the front garden (in front of the sea). Fresh bed-linen and towels are also provided to the guests. Besides all the amenities mentioned before this beautiful house has the unique and rare advantage to be just on the beach!!!There is no road or anything else between the house and the sea,,just open the door of the front garden and you are on the beach!! totally safe for children and convenient for their parents!another important advantage is that just besides the house is an excellent seaside restaurant offering Greek delicious food in very reasonable prices in one side and to the other side a bakery and a grocery store also with excellent products!Not more than 150 meters there is a SM with a big parking area as well! Kato Diminio Corinthias(Kiaton) is a beautiful seaside place just an hour from Athens and 20 minutes from Ancient Corinth! It is popular because it's midway Athens - Patras and near to all the important and well known archaeological sites of the Peloponnese and to Athens as well! In only 20 minutes drive there is Ancient Corinth one of the most historical city-states of antiquity in Greece with its museum and above the ancient site the magnificent fortress of Acrocorinth the largest castle of the Peloponnese!less than 10 minutes from the house is another important (though not so well known)site that of ancient Sikyon, about 45 min we may visit ancient Myceanae and the famous theatre of Epidaurus!Argos and Nafplion are also within an hour range!around 1,30 hour drive we may visit ancient Sparta and the Byzantine capital of Peloponnese Mystra! Even the capital Athens is not more than 1h,20min! Except from the numerous archeological sites there are also beautiful places nearby such as Loutraki with it's casino, Xilokastron with its well known pebble beach of Pefkias, the Cog railway in Kalavrita,the lake of Stimfalia(famous from mythology)with its environmental museum and many others! The people here are very kind and friendly and ready to welcome the guests. You can reach the place by car through the modern highway or by the Athens suburban railway, allowing the visitor to be in the city of Kiato in just an hour and 20 minutes from the center of the capital!The suburban has also routes departing straight from Athens international airport and arriving at Kiato in about 1h and 35 minutes every hour from 5 25 am up to 9 25 p.m. Besides all these, Kiato Corinthias is a lively seaside town with an outdoor fish and grocery market ,many taverns with greek food ,fish,and also great nightlife!Kiato has all kinds of shops, banks and also a health center. All the above are in very reasonable prices, much cheaper than the islands and the center of Athens! The house and the place is THE ideal place both for families and for couples seeking carefree holidays just by the sea, good food, warm hospitality and a chance to visit beautiful places and many interesting historical sites of the Peloponnese and Athens! Heating expenses during winter season (November-March) are not included in offered price and can be arranged upon request! The whole house is available for our guests! Moreover just outside the house there is local bus itinerary and less than 2 klm away the suburban station of kiato with hourly routes from athens back and forth(airport and center) .Approximate time athens kiato around an hour and twenty min Car is recommended for visiting the many interesting nearby places There are easily used stairguards available (if necessary) ideal for infants or very young kids.A Stair is connecting the living room with the upper floor.
