Knoll Top is a clean and cozy manufactured home situated right on the Cayuga Scenic Byway (State Route 90). We follow COVID-19 cleaning protocols. 3 miles South of the Aurora Inn & 2 miles from Long Point State Park Boat Launch. Close to wineries, nature trails and all that Aurora has to offer. Ample private off-street parking, boats & trailers welcome. Knoll Top is a perfect place for boaters, motorcyclists, old car enthusiasts and travelers of all kind. Wheelchair/walker friendly. Knoll Top is a one level ranch home with three bedrooms, 2 Queens and 1 Double. There are two bathrooms, a full kitchen and open living space. Knoll Top is wheelchair/walker friendly with outdoor entry ramp and has one accessible bathroom with low threshold shower. Guests have the entire house to themselves. Please enjoy the large backyard and full front porch. There is a large parking area. We will greet you upon your arrival and can be available as needed. The house has all sundries and amenities and coffee and breakfast goodies are available. Ledyard is located just south of Aurora and is halfway between Ithaca and Auburn. It offers access to wineries, state parks and many finger lake attractions. It is also peaceful with lovely sunset views. Ledyard is a rural location. Uber is available, but there is not bus or public transit. There is a large backyard area perfect for enjoying the outdoors and starry nights. A home away from home, with plenty of open space.
