Bedroom 1 has a Kingsize bed and large en-suite (with bath/shower), with 43" 4K ambilight TV. Bedroom 2 is a twin room and en-suite (with shower) also with 43" 4K ambilight TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the store cupboard essentials needed for cooking. Large Fridge and separate freezer plus additional under-counter fridge. Dishwasher and Washer Dryer. The living room as a 50" 4K ambilight TV with PS4 Pro games console and a section of games. The Church side of the high street is free, any time of day/night. The shop side of the high street is restricted to 1hr Mon-Sat (9am to 6pm). At the top of the high street, opposite Lynwood Café is the large town car park, which is free, any time of day/night.
