The Beach House

The Beach House is located in the sunny North Shuswap. We are semi-lakefront with access to a huge semi-private beach with boat launch, 3 docks and swim platform. This is the perfect place to enjoy the lake life with your family. Beach, swimming, campfires, boating, nature, porch sitting! It’s a 5 minute walk to the local elementary school that has a playground with basketball nets and a large field. A few minutes further is a gas station/store which has food, deli and liquor. The Beach House is an 850 sqft air conditioned home that includes two bedrooms and one bathroom and a large main room. It has been recently renovated and decorated to be the cutest and most inviting beach house. We have a small yard and a nice front porch overlooking the lake. It is directly across from a private semi-private beach (1000ft of beach shared with 80 houses) with a boat launch, 3 docks, swim platform. It is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful summer weather and lake life that the Shuswap offers. Spend your days Swimming, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, suntanning, fishing, relaxing. The sunsets here are incredible. Please bring your own bedding and towels. There are pillows available. Queen in master, double and single bunk in 2nd bedroom, double pull out bed in living room. The whole property No, but we are available by phone call or text. We are walking distance (5min walk) to a gas station store that sells liquor, food and has a small deli. We are also walking distance to the Elementary School which has a huge field, playground and basketball courts. 5 minute drive to Scotch Creek which has a full grocery store with liquor store, pharmacy, medical clinic, shopping, gas stations and restaurants. Boat launch across the road and beach access across the road. The driveway is large, it is sloped and not paved. Bring your own towels and sheets. There is 1 queen, 1 double with twin, over bunk bed, 1 double sofa bed. Appliances- fridge, microwave, apartment sized stove, BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen including pots, pans, keurig, regular coffee maker, electric kettle, crock pot, large bowls, serving ware. Included - paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, toilet paper. Our home is Air conditioned!!!! We include various outdoor toys for our guest to enjoy: life jackets, beach umbrella, beach canopy, beach chairs, basketball, rackets. We include firewood and roasting sticks for your beach campfires. We are located on the main road which you do need to cross to get to the beach.
