A modern, designed and cozy short term rental apartment in Beer-Sheva, 2 min walk to Ben Gurion University and Soroka Medical Center, 10 min walk to the train station. Fully furnished and equipped with private patio - just bring your suitcase :) The apartments are adjacent to Ben Gurion University and very close to Soroka hospital so they are ideal for anyone requiring proximity to these institutions. You will get 60 M^2 of pleasant and inviting living space. The apartment is newly decorated and fully furnished, air-conditioned, has satellite TV and high speed WiFi as well as a patio and complementary laundry room with washer and dryer. We are always available to our guests, our property manager lives just next door so if the guests needs anything we are always there by phone and emails helping them with small issues or problems or pointing them in the right direction! Due to the proximity of the University, there is a young fresh student vibe, as well as a collection of small restaurants (e.g. pasta, Indian) close by on Ringelblum Street. Rager Avenue, which is the main North-South road in the city, is about 100 meters from the apartment and there one can easily find buses and taxis to go around town. The train station is a 10 min walk if you need to go North. The Central Bus Station is a 10 min bus ride, from where you can also take buses anywhere in the country. If you need parking please let us know in advance as we will provide you free parking services. please contact us 24 hours prior to your arrival to know your approximate time of arrival. Upon arrival you will be requested to provide your credit card info as a security deposit. It would not be charge, and is only requested as means of caution in case of serious damage caused to the apartment due to guests actions.
