Please note: We will not accept reservations from guests with no prior reviews on Airbnb Pool is open from Memorial Day - end of Sept (pool not heated) *Now with central Air Conditioning and Heat Early 19th century converted school house, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) + sq ft in the main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The third bedroom is a private 1 bedroom cottage just steps from the main house that sleeps one couple with AC/heat (no bathroom in cottage) Features soaring tin ceilings throughout (loft like feel), state of the art stainless chef’s kitchen w/two ovens, unique vintage furnishings, original wood plank flooring, claw foot tub in guest bath and much more. All of which sits on two private acres of lush vegetation and beautifully maintained gardens. Apple TV, Amazon TV, Netflix, HBO etc but no regular cable (you can watch almost anything on the above)! Apologies but the wood stove/fireplace pictured in the living room is non operational. Strict no pet policy due to severe allergies. Entire home and grounds, pool, cottage We will either greet you when you arrive or leave check in instructions if we’re not around Located in a quiet neighborhood close minutes from both historic Rondout District with a great wine shop, antique/vintage stores, restaurants, bars, coffee, museum and more. Enjoy the waterfront during the warmer months, with boating and kayaking available just minutes from the house. 10 minutes drive from Uptown Kingston with more restaurants, Farmer's Market, cocktail bars, concert venues, galleries, cafes, antiques, etc Close to Skiing, hiking trails, swimming holes, lakes - activities all year long Accessible by two train lines - Metro North from Grand Central or Penn Station. If arriving by train, we can help you with schedules and stations New central AC and heating Wood stove fireplace is non operational No parties or loud noise Strictly no pets due to allergies
