The cottage has an open-plan living area with a beamed ceiling and two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. The dining table seats four. Three steps lead up to the fully fitted kitchen. From there you go through to the double bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath. Directly outside the front door is a picnic table for alfresco dining. It is a very pleasant 25 minute walk on quiet byways to Goonhavern with its shop and excellent pub. And only 2.5 miles away is the seaside town of Perranporth with its amenities, large surfing beach and golf course. The surfing beaches and golf course at Newquay is 7 miles away, Truro with its pleasant shopping centre is 9 miles and the Eden Project, 20 miles.
