We are a unique rural modern lodge with every luxury, nestled in 3 acres. Beautiful views and walking on the Northdown's way. Great local pubs to enjoy. No better place to relax and unwind watching amazing sunsets, and perhaps sampling our local wine grown next door. Or put your feet up by the log burner and watch a film from our vast collection, perhaps with a homemade afternoon tea (available to book in advance). Whatever your preference, you wont be disappointed. We have enjoyed converting the lodge with our guests comfort in mind, we hope you will enjoy winter nights snuggled up on the sofas next to the log burning stove or in the summer enjoying a glass of wine over looking the paddock and views. Whether it be romantic get away, a family stay or friends escaping for a weekend away together Northdown Lodge is the perfect destination for your trip. We also have stables on site should you like to bring your horse (by separate arrangement) to explore the stunning riding routes around. Please note that both bedrooms can be set up as twins or doubles, you will need to advise us in advance . A travel cot is available. Self contained accommodation. We live onsite and are available most of the time should you have any questions. We live in the quiet hamlet of Broad Street on the Pilgrims way which is situated on the Northdowns. There is a village shop in Hollingbourne. A wider selection of local shops, including a butchers, bakers, post office, and chemist are available in Bearsted just 10 minutes away or our local town is Maidstone. You will need a car as we are not on a bus route. Buses and trains are available from nearby villages, Hollingbourne and Bearsted. A homemade afternoon tea is bookable in advance. £22.50 per head. A generous supply of logs is provided for your first night and any extra required can be purchased on site. £7.50
