The house is in Stavsnäs, close to Sjösala and close to the city on the archipelago. The house is newly renovated. 3 beds in the house upstairs and a 2 bed sofa bed for guests downstairs. Pub/café and shop close by. 8 min walk to the bus, 10 min to ferries, 45 min to Stockholm. Peaceful, cosy. Private parking with boat or car. Obs: Towels and bedsheets are not included. Cleaning is not included. The house must be restored to the same condition at checkout as it was on the arrivial day. English: House is about 70 km2. The house is simple but well-functioning for overnight. Bathroom / shower and kitchen, with hob and comb microwave/owen. Available fridge with integrated freezer. Coffee maker and kettle. 50-75 m to the jetty. Most often a spot left for a middle class boat. Car parking is available for overnight guests and their guests. 10 minute walk to the ICA store. From Stavsnäs port where there are restaurants and shop goes boat taxis / ferries to Sandhamn, Nämdö and Runmarö and a large part of the Stockholm archipelago. About 3 km of Djurö Bridge are more nice restaurants. Approximately 10 km Stockholm is located Stream Channel with nice restaurant and Kanalbar Swedish: Huset är ca 70 km2 stort. Huset är enkelt men väl fungerande för övernattande. Badrum/dusch och kök, med häll och microkombiugn. Finns kyl med inbyggd frys. Kaffebryggare och vattenkokare. 50-75 m till badbrygga. Bilparkering finns tillgänglig för övernattande gäster och dess gäster. 10 minuters promenad till Ica-butik. Från Stavsnäs hamn där det finns restauranger och butik går taxibåtar/färjor till bland annat Sandhamn, Nämdö och Runmarö och till en stor del i Stockholms skärgård. Ca 3 km över Djuröbron finns fler trevliga restauranger (Motorverkstaden och Humlan på rymmen), affär och annan service. The house is from 1850. It is newley renovated but the old, charming, light, warm feeling is still there.
