Home to Philip and Tibouche Gunn, lovers of all things beautiful. A fine example of a spacious Georgian Farm House. Set in the rural village of Euston with idyllic courtyards and gardens. The rooms 5 star and breakfasts hearty with plenty of choice. Prices are for Bed & Breakfast. Breakfast is made using the 3 oven Aga and all local produce including sumptuous sausages, tasty lean bacon, free range eggs, homemade bread, cereals, orange jus and fresh coffee and tea of course. The unique thing about this house is that you get all the trappings of a 5 star hotel but without the formalities. Large stylish rooms, ceilings, a feeling of heritage but with modern touches. Luxurious beds with fluffy pillows. Fresh linen and attention to detail with fresh flowers and relaxing decor. Most guests love to sit with a glass and chat by the fire in the winter or outside by the Summer House in the summer. As well as bedrooms, guests can use all three reception rooms, the dining room and the kitchen. We do not have any strict rules. A warm welcome always given by interesting hosts. You can enjoy a chat or seclusion at Grange Farm. Euston is an idyllic village owned by The Duke and Duchess of Grafton. Euston Hall is just along the road and is surrounded by a beautiful park which has it's own Christopher Wren church. Grange farm makes a great base for exploring surrounding areas; Bury St Edmunds for it's historic Cathedral which holds the Magna Carta. It also has one of England's last remaining Georgian Theaters, a picturesque Market Place, good quality shops and an variety of good restaurants. Closer to Euston is Walsham le Willow where you will find Wyken Vineyards, one of England's finest Wineries, Shop, Restaurant and Cafe set in landscaped gardens. Thetford of course is convenient for the train station (3 miles from Euston) Dogs allowed on request
