This is the smallest of the 5 apartments of our Villa, that touch of design that makes everything pleasant, everything is taken care of in the smallest details. In the apartment the light that enters from the large windows creates a bridge between the nature that surrounds the house and the time enjoyed inside it.  The living room of 40m2 is comfortable, the kitchen equipped with every comfort: classic oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine with Nescafè pods, toaster. Even in the bedroom, with attached bathroom with shower, the large window lets in all the beauty of the Marche hills. Live the house, taste the materials, let yourself be pampered by both indoor and outdoor spaces and without even realizing it you will feel part of a wonderful picture where time passes but without frenzy, without urgency. A comfortable table placed in the outdoor spaces, will allow you to organize pleasant dinners in the moonlight or breakfasts that really know good morning.  Renovated according to the latest anti-seismic regulations, it welcomes you in all its beauty made in Marche. A functional swimming pool open from May 20th to September 15th (weather permitting) will become a place for recreation and relaxation.  The wifi will not leave you out of the world (even if the temptation to pull the plug will be really strong). Wood oven and barbecue will invite you to turn your dinners into real festive moments. For the more sporty, there is also a football field. It can accommodate 2 people in a comfortable room + 2 children in the sofa bed. THE HOLIDAY HOUSE HAS ALL THE SERVICES YOU SEE, INCLUDED IN THE STAY BUT CAN ALSO PROVIDE CLEANING SERVICE AND CHANGE OF LINEN DURING THE STAY ONLY ON REQUEST / PAYMENT
