Brian & Kim offer this lovely annex to their home with a luxurious king-sized bed and an occasional sofa & chair , fully Ensuite in the heart of the beautiful city of Ripon, there is tea, coffee and a small fridge for cold drinks or that bottle of sparkles. 5 mins walk to pubs & restaurants in the main market square. Secure parking on driveway the room has its own entrance so you can come and go as you like.. Note: if you would like to stay for 2 nights please message us for availability. Relax in your own space or head out & explore the Yorkshire Dales. Dining table & chairs along with plates and cutlery if you wish to bring a takeaway home with you. Someone is normally about to give advice, however mobile contact will be arranged if required. We live in a lovely private wooded crescent, 5 mins from the centre of Ripon city. Situated within a short walk of the main market place and only a 30-min walk to the World heritage site of Fountains Abbey or the race course. Alternately there is a bus stop right outside for trips to the Spa town of Harrogate or shopping in Leeds. There is also safe storage for bikes and even a wash down point if you go off-road..
