Cottage in unique location with own private garden

Our cottage is set within beautiful countryside, yet has the convenience of only a short drive to Farnham station (with trains in under an hour to London) and being a short distance to the A31. You’ll love our cottage with it's wonderful scenic views. It has its own private garden which is especially lovely for the summer. If you want some rural relaxation this is a great pace for you! The cottage is unusual in that the living room is upstairs. This to make the most of the beautiful views from the cottage. In 2016 we redecorated the cottage, put new carpets in the living room upstairs and on the stairs and did up the bathroom. The cottage has its own garden at the rear which is a great size and has some lovely views. You'll have access to the whole cottage and its garden. The cottage consists of a kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. There is parking available for up to two cars. The washing machine (for use solely by the cottage only) is in a garage with a door into it from the hallway in the cottage. We live in the adjacent property so should be around a lot of the time to help with any questions etc you have. We can normally arrange a weekly clean for £20 a week if you are staying for more than 2 weeks and would like one. The surrounding countryside is beautiful! There is lovely walking and it is also popular with cyclists around here. Nearby Farnham (1.5 miles aprox ) is a pretty Georgian town and has trains to London waterloo that take under 1 hour. Alice Holt forest is near by, with wonderful playgrounds in it for the children and cycle hire. Birdworld is a also short drive away. Farnham station is about 1.5 miles away. I am afraid that we wont accept bookings from people with children under the age of 12 who will be with them. Cleaning is available for during your stay at £11/hr. Electric car recharging is charged at £6 per overnight charge.
