The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free. Free Wi-Fi throughout the house and underfloor heating. In addition to the bathtub in your bathroom, you can also use the shower on the ground floor. The garden is characterized by a covered terrace and a sun terrace with three loungers. You are also welcome to use the pool. The accommodation is also suitable for business travelers due to its proximity to the motorway and Linz, as well as a desk in the living room. You have access to your own bedroom, bathroom, living room and the garden. I will be available at any time during your stay and can also pick you up from Hörsching Airport, 30km away. (30 minutes by car) The house can be reached by train (Lungitz station). The journey from Linz station to Lungitz takes 20 minutes. From there you take a very short busride or can walk to the house.
