The chalet has a large Land area and 250 m² built distributed in a large common terrace, 4 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 1 main bedroom where you can enjoy a private terrace. - 2 bathrooms. - 1 toilet. - A spacious living room with a modern stove (perfect to keep the house warm in winter) and large windows with views to the outside of the house. - An open concept kitchen with a storage room and a portable Air Conditioner. Besides, the house has a playground in the garden where children can play basketball. There is also a new table tennis table and plenty of countryside to go running, hiking, cycling... Size of the pool is 8x6x1.5meters and is NOT shared with others. The pool has a new sanitation system based on saline electrolysis that provides a clean, healthy, and safe environment. There will always be someone available to help out during your stay There are a few villas, all in a private area where vehicles are not permitted except the residents´.
