Beautifu home just one mile from Downtown Naperville. Private bathroom oasis w/ rain shower & body jets. FREE Coffee/Tea, FREE wi-fi. Queen size REAL bed. Use of kitchen, off street parking, cable TV in shared space. Two outdoor decks. Home is a tri-level home. Your room has a queen sized bed and is on the lower level away from the other bedroom's space. Your bathroom is across from your bedroom and will be yours to use during your stay. Towels are included as are sheets, hangers, bedding (and extra bedding if necessary). Hairdryer available. FREE Wifi available. The mid and lower levels of the home are available for you to use. There is a kitchen, living and family rooms as well as a dining room table, and outdoor decks.You will have access to the coffee maker, teapot, as well as all kitchen utensils and cookware. You will have some space in the refrigerator if you'd like to purchase food for you to use. We have added a small refrigerator , microwave and coffee pot to your space. We also have a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. One load of laundry soap will be included. I am now retired, but am out and about during the day, mostly, but will be home in the evenings. We are very well traveled, and friendly. We are happy to recommend food delivery, restaurants, activities, and transportation to different places. Our neighborhood is well established and about a mile to the fun of downtown Naperville. We walk it all the time. There are plenty of street lights and sidewalks and is VERY safe. Mature trees, families and a relaxing atmosphere make it a great place to be. Downtown Naperville has amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. It's also home to North Central College's Campus. We are a $5 cab ride to the Naperville Train Station which as direct access to Union Station in Chicago (35-65 minutes depending on the time of day) We are also 10 minutes to I-88; 17 minutes to I-355; 15 minutes to The Morton Arboretum; 15 minutes to Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora; 25 minutes to the Casino in Downtown Aurora. Naperville has FREE parking all over the downtown area, so if you're not keen on walking- it's a 2 minute drive to downtown and great restaurants. We have a beautiful neighborhood with a connecting walking path to Naperville's River Walk. It runs along the Western Branch of the DuPage River. Easily walkable (~1 mile) to things like Naperville's "Ribfest", "Last Fling", Summer Concerts and Downtown Naperville.
