If you are looking for the simple things in life and back to nature this would be an ideal place to stay. 9 miles to Brighton, 20mins to gatwick airport 5m (2/4 ppl) or 6m (4-8) bell tents The tents sleep 2-7 people on air beds, small table and stools, battery lights and rugs There’s a fire pit, table and chairs and bbq outside and for an extra charge you can have your own events toilet. Bedding supplied by yourselves A communal fridge, freezer and shower in a different area. Walk around the woodland however need to keep to the tracks. Outside Space, own bbq, fire pit, and table and chairs. Inside the tent double or single airbeds, table and chairs, battery operated light, and bedside cabinet. Portal toilet at an additional charge. Bus stop in 5 minute walking distance(access to Brighton - hours dependant) Hassocks Train station (5 miles) Good walking routes on site and externally We are only a small site with 6 bell tents with double or single airbeds, 3 safari tents with double beds and pitch your own tent within the heart of the Sussex downs Bell tent up 6- 8 single air beds Pitching your own tent. Groups, same sex groups, couples, families and single occupancy. There is a music restriction and all camp fires extinguished by midnight. No other persons allowed on site without permission
