Our house is in the village of Fetcham, close to Leatherhead with good train connections to London (40/45 mins) and close to J9 on M25, but also on the edge of the Surrey Hills green belt. We are very local to Polesden Lacey (National Trust) and not far from Chessington World of Adventures, Thorpe Park, Lego Land, Hampton Court Palace, Windsor Castle, Wimbledon, Epsom and Sandown Park racecourses. Also close to companies like KBR, Unilever and CGI and many others. Off road parking is available. This bedroom is spacious enough to add a new fold up bed for a 3rd person. If the fold up bed is needed for a booking of 2 people an extra flat fee of £15 will be payable on arrival as extra bedding is provided (Airbnb does not provide a way to apply this extra charge) There is a large TV and a desk and some wardrobe space if needed. Please note that we have various listings on Airbnb with two other double bedrooms available to other guests. The beauty of this particular bedroom is no doubt the ensuite shower room which gives our guests the opportunity to have complete privacy. A self service continental breakfast with Juice, tea and coffee is included. We are very happy to share our house with our Airnbn guests who will have access to our living space. You will be able to use our kitchen, dining room, utility room should our washing facilities be required and downstairs WC/Shower room as and when needed. Our garden is also a lovely space for you to sit and enjoy. We have big screen TV and DVD players in the kitchen which we are happy for you to use as well as access our Netflix, Amazon Prime and Now TV We will be in the house most of the time that you are with us and will be happy to be with you in our shared space as much or as little as you want. When with us we can take the opportunity to talk over a cup of tea or coffee about the area and pass on our knowledge of interesting places to visit during your stay. Fetcham is a lovely quiet village with a few local shops, a local Sainsburys (opened 7 days a week from 7am to 11pm), a chemist etc.. There is a local pub which serves food lunch time and evening and is accessible to families. There are two restaurants (one Italian and one Indian) and various Take Away facilities (Fish and Chips, Chinese and Indian). We live walking distance (5 mins) to all the facilities stated above. There are also a few places in the local area offering delivery service for pizzas, fish and chips etc.. just a phone call away. Fetcham is 5 minutes away by car to Leatherhead and 10 minutes to Cobham where you will find many places to eat (restaurants, pubs etc..). There are stations in both Leatherhead and Cobham with trains going to London every 20 to 30 mins depending on the time of day. The train journeys to London will take between 40 and 45 minutes and will take you to either London Victoria or London Waterloo stations. Both stations have paying car parks where you can leave your car for the day. There are numerous Taxi services in the area. We live 5 minutes away from a bus stop where buses go either to Epsom (via Leatherhead) or to Guildford going the other way. Fetcham is situated between Gatwick and Heathrow airport which are 20 and 23 miles away. We are close to a number of other interesting and fun places to visit, as stated in our main description. We are also very lucky to have many beautiful places for country walks in the proximity. We endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible.
