The house has a storage space for at least 2 cars and a terrace with appropriate furniture and sun protection for the warm months. On the 2000m² property, a trout pond with trimmings allows lovers, with the provision of a fishing rod, to catch their own food and prepare it by means of a stove in the kitchen or with an existing grill on the terrace. The house is heated by oil heating. The entire apartment is non-smoking area. Storage facilities for suitcases etc. are located in the central hallway of the apartment.
