The historic city of york is only 15 mins away by car with the famous York minster and bar walls, along with various museums and ghost walks around the city. There are local bus stops to York and Selby which is approx 15/20min walk into village. The m62, and a64 are about 10 mins away, There are 2 local pubs in village as well that do meals as well as a lovely italian restaurant that serves beautiful food. The property is located on Selby road just off the A19 near the Old Riccall mine site, it is marked Stella's view on fence just drive-up onto the stone drive and to the right in front of the poperty, is a parking place for you in front of picket fence we are next door to south newlands farm not to be confused with South newlands farm which is a nursery/caravan park. We are here most of the time to talk or answer any questions as we live in a separate dwelling nearby to the property. Very peaceful and quiet countryside location situated just 15/20min walk from the centre of Riccall village (approx 1 mile) to the property, the village has a local shop, 2 public houses, pizza takeaway, post office and an Italian restaurant Local bus stops in village into york or Selby also into designer outlet, good road access.
