A beautiful 17th century farm in Normandy, perfect for families and friends. All 400 m2 of the house was renovated like a country style family home, with two yards and a big terrasse. Billards, pétanque, grand piano, trampoline, table tennis, books and comics, 70 board games and much more ... await you ! The Grand Gîte of Hyaumet is ideal for big family reunions or groups of friends. It is spacious, allowing everyone to feel comfortable, and the kids will love sleeping all together in the big room which accommodates up to 7 people. Inside you will find a Broadwood grand piano, billiards, foosball, tennis table and many board games. Outside, there is a pétanque and Molkky strip, a big trampoline, swings,... It is time to enjoy yourselves and take advantage of the Normandy good air ! The home is made up of different wings, including, a big kitchen and dining room equipped with everything you will need, 3 living rooms all connected, stretching 200 m2, 5 bedrooms, one being a bunk which accommodates up to 7 people, 2 powder rooms, 1 washroom with a shower, 2 bathrooms, and many barns. If you rent the house for a week-end, the whole Sunday is included. You can leave whenever you want. I will welcome you at the house upon arrival each time it is possible ! The Grand Gîte of Hyaumet is in the heart of the Pays de Bray, in the beautiful Normandy countryside. The neighboring farms can provide excellent organic products, such as milk, butter, cheese, fruit and vegetable… Also very good products from an agricultural school 3 km away ( Calvados, Pommeau, cider, cheese and much more ....) I will send all adresses before you arrive. The house is 100 km from Paris by highway A15, and an hour and a half from the west or north Paris ring road. By train, it is a bit longer. From Saint-Lazare station in Paris, it will take around 2 hours to get to the Gournay-Ferrières station or Serqueux station, and then another 8/12 km to go through the countryside. It is 2 hours from Calais (194 km, by highway A16, then A28) and 1 hour from Dieppe (Newhaven ferries) Electricity, water and heating are charged upon consumption at the end of the stay. Towels are not included, please take your own if you can. Big parties are not allowed !
