El Olivar - A fantastic villa in Umbria

El Olivar is a very special, two-story, four-bedroom home on 11 acres of land in the beautiful region of Umbria Italy. Entering the property on a drive flanked by giant pines and a working olive grove will give you the first indication that you are somewhere that just may live up to the picture of Italy that you have in your head. Entering the front door will confirm it for you. You will be looking at a 1000 square foot patio that offers spectacular views of a lush green valley, medieval hilltop villages, the Tiber river and the ancient archaeological site of Ocriculum, where it is possible to admire the remains of Roman baths, an amphitheater, tombs and a section of a Roman-built road. The villa has two spacious living rooms and each has a fireplace. There is a large dining table for eight people and the chairs are covered with beautiful fabric handmade in Sardinia. There are two bedrooms with European Queen size beds and two bedrooms that each contain two single beds. Bedrooms have down pillows and Egyptian cotton beddings and soft mattress toppers for maximum comfort, . The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a large side-by-side refrigerator, a large oven and cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a juicer. All curtains are made with specially chosen fabrics such as silks from Jim Thompson in Thailand. The villa has strong WIFI throughout the house and in all bedrooms and you can access Neftlix on the TV. The 8x5 meter swimming pool is located at the edge of a beautiful, 100 tree, olive grove.
