Luxurious garden guest suite with a private bathroom and your own kitchen. Locked garden gate for private access and shared use of garden with your private terrace. The garden studio is in the lower part of our house with blinds for privacy during the day. We are an easy going laid back family wishing you a lovely stay. Underfoot heating in the bathroom, laminate flooring throughout, very comfortable double bed, a sofa bed, large rug, powerful internet, Large TV with (Hidden by Airbnb) Chromecast for your Netflix, HBO go etc, bluetooth portable speaker, a large closet with hanging space, chest of drawers, espresso Moka coffee maker, toaster, microwave, full-sized fridge, kettle, large shower. Iron and ironing board available on request. We as a family do sometimes use the garden during the day but can offer total privacy for guests. A separate private entrance to your guest suite means you can come and go as you please and not have to use the family house for access. If you need anything, I am available during most of the day as well as in the evening. You can reach me by phone or email. Nested in a quiet village near a beautiful forest, but only 3 km away from the nearest town (Martin) where you can get your city life kick if you need it. There is a public transportation available. A local bus can take you to the nearest town approximately every 45 minutes. If you have a car, free parking is available to you. Martin is only about 3 km away from the studio. We hope you enjoy your stay with us! A quick note about the TV and the HIFI stereo system. You will find two remote controls on the coffee table in the living room. One of them is to the Philips TV, the second one is from the Technics HIFI system. Once you switch the TV on, (Hidden by Airbnb) Chromecast will turn on automatically you all you need to do next is to run your app (Neflix, HBO, Spotify etc..) and connect it with the Chromecast and voila! Use the power button on the second remove control (Technics) to turn on the sound system and enjoy the sound from the TV this way.
