Inglewood Cottage is a fabulously relaxing & family friendly holiday home near the beach on the south coast. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. Ground floor bedroom with ensuite. Dog Friendly for up to 3 dogs. The cottage is located within New Milton, Hampshire, on the edge of the beautiful New Forest & stunning beaches including Barton-on-Sea overlooking the Needles on the Isle of Wight, gorgeous forest walks & many family attractions. Lymington, Christchurch & Bournemouth within driving reach. The cottage offers spacious modern accommodation with a lovely roomy feel as the dining area and kitchen are open plan, and the lounge has plenty of space. The two double bedrooms have more than enough room for kingsize beds and the twin bedroom is tucked nicely into the eaves. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. The open plan fully fitted kitchen includes a range cooker with gas hob and electric double oven and separate grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and 4 slice toaster, Tassimo coffee machine with pods provided. The breakfast bar provides high stool seating for 3 with a Freeview TV and the adjacent dining area has a large 6 seater table with ample space for dinner parties! A highchair is available. A washing machine is provided in the separate Utility Area with sink and additional freezer leads directly from the kitchen. Tumble dryer in the garage. The door here opens to the rear garden patio area. All crockery and cutlery are provided, assortment of ovenware, steamer, blender and lots of wine glasses for a relaxing drink. The cottage has a large and airy living room with a large TV with Virgin TIVO box, DVD player, Free Virgin WIFI connectivity, Bluetooth speaker, and seating for 7 people provided by two sofas, a comfortable chair and a tub chair. Two children's wicker chairs are also in the lounge. There is a large assortment of games and toys for all ages together with a large selection of novels and childrens books. A selection of DVDs are also provided for adults and children. Double doors from the lounge open out onto the patio terrace and the lawned garden with pretty pergola; perfect for relaxing on a hot summer day with plenty of garden furniture available. The cottage has three bedrooms, of which the master bedroom is located on the Ground Floor with King Size bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and separate power shower - ideal for grandparents. There are two first floor bedrooms; one with a King Size bed and the other with Twin Single beds. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and separate power shower. For our families, our child and baby friendly equipment will make your stay so much easier. We have included buckets & spades, crabbing & fishing nets, paddling pool, children’s cutlery, plates & bowls, cot, highchair, stairgates, bed guard, bottle warmer, steriliser, DVDs, age related games and toys, colouring pencils & books. The cottage has a garage for storing bikes and roof boxes, and driveway parking for up to two cars depending on size. Additional on the road parking immediately outside the property. All the bedrooms have ample storage space with additional upstairs hall storage for cases and travel bags. Dishwasher Tablets and Washing Up liquid will be provided. Gas/Electric included. Welcome pack of local produce is also included eg chocolates, pickles, wine, - variety depends upon value of booking. Dog friendly – we accept up to 2 large/3 small dogs free of charge. Dog bowls, towel and dog bags available in the property. We do not charge for dogs but would like to suggest a donation is made to our local charity in the box in the cottage. Please also note that we request dogs are kept downstairs and not on the furniture - this is to ensure the quality of our furniture is upheld for all guests. Please bring throws for the sofas if you need to. Whole house and garden. We live in an adjacent house so are available if required during your stay for any queries. The New Forest area is a wonderful and beautiful region in which to relax and have a beach and forest holiday. Inglewood Cottage is situated with easy access to many attractions including the New Forest National Park, the beaches of the south coast and Bournemouth, and historical places of interest in both Dorset and Hampshire. Beaulieu Motor Museum and Sammy Millers Motorcycle Museum for the petrolheads. Paultons Park with Peppa Pig World is 30 minutes away. Longdown Animal Park and New Forest Wildlife Park for animial lovers. Bournemouth zip wire, Moors Valley Country Park with Go Ape, Snowtrax with Ringos for those seeking activities. Paddleboarding, canoes & bike hire all available in the area. The cottage is located in a quiet road, a 7 minute walk to the town centre. By car is best. There is a train station in New Milton to Bournemouth and London. Buses to Lymington and Bournemouth. Arrival from 3.30pm Departure by 10.00am
