Holiday cottage with large garden

Cozy two-apartment holiday cottage in beautiful Horni Udoli (Upper Valley), close to Natural Reserve Rejviz. Quiet setting, forest all around, big garden with a fireplace. The best place for your stay in nature with lots of hiking and cycling trails. Welcome Parking: - you can park anywhere in the garden - when you leaving, turn your car in the garden (not in front of neighbor's house) The front door: - when you leave the door open please secure it with the hook, because wind could brake the door Kitchen: - watter is drinkable, - don’t use pot with plastic handles into the oven, - be careful with electric kettle (electric kittles are the most common cause of fire) Fire place: - when you make fire in the fireplace, open the chimney using the handle with small black ball on the right up side, pull = open, pusch = closed - be carefulwith the fireplace window, it is very hot Hall: - under the stairs there is a shelf with blankets, benches pillows, clothes dryer, ... Stairs: - please be careful on the stairs, they are steep Room on the top floor: - when you sleep there, it is better to leave the door closed, so that you can‘t fall down Basement: - you can leave your bike, pram/ stroller, etc here - your rubbish put into the big plastic sack, - plastic, glass and paper waste can be left here in the basement, or you can take it away to the sorted waste containers (on the road go right about 200m towards Dolní Údolí) - bio waste can be put under the trees by the river Grill: - you can make campfire in the garden or use the gas grill or the small charcoal grill Stream/ river: - it is good for cooling your beverage - hydrotherapy, foot massage The closest Restaurant/Pub with Wifi is in Dolní Údolí "U PEKINA" (on the road go right). The way takes 20 minutes by foot, 5 minutes by car or by bike. Please don‘t smoke in the house and don’t leave electric appliances on, when you leave the house. Have a good time :)
