The 70 square meter house is on the ground floor of an ancient Tuscan building renovated with full respect for tradition. It includes a lounge with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bedroom with a study area. From the kitchen leads to a shaded patio and furnished with a dining table, planters and armchairs. The parking space is adjacent to the patio so that your car is always with you. The house can accommodate up to four adults. It is 12 km from the center of Siena, a city of art famous for its monuments, museums and the 'Palio': the horse race that takes place on July 2 and August 16 in the majestic Piazza del Campo. All around wooded hills populated by abbeys, Romanesque churches, castles, old farms and medieval villages, reachable by bike or on horseback. Within a radius of a few kilometers there are beautiful medieval towns such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Gaiole, Radda, famous for their works of art, wines and typical foods.
