Townhouse in a quiet cul-de-sac with driveway to front for one (1) vehicle and small private garden. Only a 10 minute walk to the village centre and a three minute walk to the shopping parade. We live in the village and can help with any specific requirements to make your stay easy and relaxing. Bedrooms one and two, double beds with En-suite Bathrooms, are on the top floor. Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Room are on the middle floor. Bedroom three, single or double on request, Bathroom and Utility Room are all on the ground floor. Parking for ONE(1) vehicle on drive at front. TWO (2) guest parking spaces available on the right immediately as you enter Walker Place. On street parking available on Beaulieu Road opposite. Parking in Social Club car park is for members only. Please DO NOT park on gravel or access road. Please DO NOT allow any vehicles to block our neighbours access. We live and work in the village and our house is just a two minute walk away so if you have any questions or would like some assistance you can easily reach us by mobile, text or email and as if by magic we will appear. We do have a key safe so you can let yourself in however we will always try to greet you and be there to help you settle in. Hamble is a friendly village with a population of around 5000. The River Hamble is a very popular boating area with thousands of yachts moored here and in the summer the population can double at the weekends. There is plenty of choice for places to eat and drink, all with their own unique charm and we enjoy them all. 15-20 minute walk to Hamble train station, all on the flat, with regular service to Southampton and Portsmouth every day. The no.6 bus stop is a 1 minute walk away opposite Beaulieu Rd. and takes around 40 mins to get to Southampton. 2 buses an hour from early morning 'til late at night every day. Coronation Parade is just a 3-4 minute walk and there you will find a CoOp , hairdresser, butcher, post office, fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway and Indian Restaurant.
