The Lodge at Meemo's Farm

Once a rustic hunting camp, this structure has evolved into one of the state's finest private lodge destinations. Accommodation is designed with the traditional outdoorsman atmosphere in mind, while combining elements of modern luxury and wonderful style. Able to accommodate up to 20 people, the lodge is an ideal place for a corporate retreat, a social or sporting club get together. Other ideal uses might be a family gathering or a perfect place to enjoy a birthday, or a bachelor or bachelorette party. Please note, the Lodge is a catered facility only. The rate coves accommodation and meals for up to 7 people. Each additional guest is $210 per person per night, which covers the cost of accommodation and meals as well. Meemo’s Lodge is deliberately designed for the purpose of building relationships and having fun. From the lodge’s incredible décor and all wood construction to its full list of incredible diverse activities, capped off with nightly bonfires, everything is designed to ensure lasting memories. The main lodge is a purpose built facility designed with every comfort in mind. Its large open plan kitchen and exquisite custom designed dining room leaves you with a lovely warm feeling. Wooden floors, open fireplace, and a huge comfortable great room full of large sofas and deep comfortable armchairs… all invite you to sit a while, relax and enjoy the view. The lodge is the largest of the three accommodation options. It offers complete privacy and overlooks its own private pond surrounded by forest. The lodge has 4 bedrooms, three with 4 queen size beds and one private king room. Each comes with a private bathroom. You will find that the luxuries offered by Meemo’s Lodge are uncommon in the industry, thanks to a commercial grade kitchen, an amazing chef, upscale dining area, a magnificent great room and a games area that will keep you entertained for hours. Property Policies: Children All guests must be at least 12 years of age or older to stay at Meemo’s Farm. The minimum age for Wing- shooting and Clay Shooting is 12 years or older. All hunters must have passed a hunters safety course. There are no children activities Smoking All the accommodations at Meemo’s Farm are smoke-free, including e-cigarettes. Violations of these restrictions will result in a $250.00 deep cleaning fee. Deposits & Cancellations A deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of a reservation including taxes is due at time of booking to confirm a reservation. Cancellation Policy Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: 61 days or more: Full Refund of Deposit, Less a 10% Processing Fee 30 to 60 days: 50% of Deposit 15 – 29 days: No refund on deposit 1- 14 days: Full reservation rate will be charged Meemos Farm reserves the right not to provide exemptions from the cancellation policy above for medical matters, inclement weather conditions, travel delays or any other unforeseen circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to your stay Payment The balance is due by credit card , cash or check at time of departure . Guests are responsible for payment of total package booked regardless of late arrival or early departure Check-in & Check-out Check-in begins at 3:00 PM EST. A valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation and intended form of payment must be present at check in. Credit cards must match the form of payment provided at the time of booking. Checkout time is 11:00 AM EST. Late Check In: Please note, arrivals after 8pm will incur a $50 late check in fee. Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy Early check-in or late checkout requests will be accommodated when available and will incur an additional cost. Please check with Front Desk to confirm availability. Travel Insurance To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend the purchase of adequate travel insurance to protect your investment once accepting the terms & conditions of Meemo’s Farm’s cancellation policy by executing a reservation. Dietary Restrictions Let us know of any special dietary restrictions or preferences in advance of your arrival so our culinary staff can plan your meals accordingly Medical Needs Please notify us of any personal; medical needs, specifically, we need to know about heart conditions , diabetes, asthma, food or insect allergies and any physical activity limitations Animals We are unable to host dogs within any of our accommodations. Please inquire about kennel boarding availability for guests traveling with dogs. Please note, our boarding facility is in high demand, advanced reservations are required. Alcoholic Beverages Due to State liquor license restrictions, we are unable to provide alcoholic beverages. However, you are most welcome to bring your own No alcohol may be consumed before or during any activity such as Hunts, shooting, ATV and paintball Shipping/Receiving Packages Meemos Farm Shipping Address: 12081 3 Mile Rd Evart, Michigan 49631 Any package(s) shipped to Meemos must be addressed to the guest listed on their individual reservation. For any item(s) shipped by the Meemo’s Farm, guests are responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $20.00 handling fee.
