It's lucky and rare to find a fabulous refurbished Garden Coach House in a dream location in the centre of Sevenoaks. The house is only 3 minutes walk to the town and 5 minutes walk to the station. In this listing there is a very lovely large studio upstairs. The Studio area can accommodate up to TWO Adults + ONE child + ONE infant (provided the adults are sharing the double bed and parents bring a travelling cot for the infant). The Studio area has a full kitchen (electric 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, new under counter larder fridge with freezer compartment, and new dishwasher), dining area, sitting area with a Sofa and sleeping area with Double Bed. Downstairs is the shower room and separate WC and a washing machine. We also offer an additional wonderful large double bedroom downstairs with a double bed and underfloor heating. We are available for help about local restaurants, supermarkets and tourist attractions if you wish. The town centre is only 3 minutes walk. Knole Park is very close. Guests can jog or run to the park in 5 minutes and gain free access to (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) acres of deer park. Knole house run by the National Trust is also within the park. Access to the house is by buying ticket or free to National Trust members. The town centre is only 3 minutes walking distance. The railway station to London is only 5 minutes walking distance. We offer a lovely Continental Breakfast in our house for an extra £15 per person.
