It is a 22 minute drive to Birmingham airport/NEC/Resorts world. It is 3.5 miles to Solihull town centre and 8 miles to Birmingham city centre. Comfortable double room located upstairs at the rear of the property. The room is equipped with TV and DVD player. The bathroom with shower over the bath is shared with the owner. Full access to the kitchen / diner and wifi available. You will have access to shared bathroom, kitchen and wifi. There is also a driveway for off road parking. Guest can help themselves to tea and coffee. Check in is after 5pm, however I will attempt to accommodate early check in where possible, Check out by 11am. This is up to you. I’m happy to have a chat over a cuppa or let you get on with your own things, I’m easy going. Owner has 1 cat at the property.
