My place is close to shopping malls, parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, the beach . You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the neighborhood, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space is located about 12 minutes from JFK and about 30 minutes from LGA. You will love this quiet space with its own secluded entrance, private bathroom, and a kitchenette with microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and refrigerator. There is a large 55 inch TV, study desk with office chair, ironing board, iron and clothes steamer. Guests will have free access to wi-fi, Verizon Fios Cable TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix and a host of other channels/apps I am seconds away from guests who may also reach me by cellphone or airbnb text. It is quiet but urbane with all the amenities close by. Q4 two blocks from the home gets you to Jamaica Center in 20 minutes and a transfer to the J,Z, and E trains to Brooklyn and Manhattan in 40 minutes for 2.75. Or you may use the fast Dollar Cabs ($2.00) to Jamaica Center or the AirTran at Suthpin Blvd to JFK. (NB: this may be a wild ride). Or take the Q77 on Francis Lewis Blvd two blocks away to 179th St then transfer to the F train to Manhattan or to LGA Airport for 2.75. There is also ample street parking and no opposite side rule in the neighborhood. The rate quoted is for single occupancy. There is an additional cost of 25 dollars per night for each additional guest.
