The "Annex" of Coco Cannelle is a ground floor accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. It is attached to the main house, but totally independent. It’s located in a quiet surrounding, just above the beautiful village of Deshaies, you can reach by walking (600 m). Inspired from the "Creole case", you will be charmed by the building’s architecture. The villa is comfortably furnished and set in exotic gardens. The terraces of the "Annex" are located just steps from the shared swimming pool. With its scenic views and the partial view of the Caribbean Sea, it is the ideal place to spend lazy, relaxing days. It’s the ideal place to rest or for visiting our island. The Grande Anse beach is 1 km away from the villa. Capacity : Up to 4 people. Total Surface : 60 sqm (including terrasse) Villa’s layout: the villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms (with 2 single beds of 80 x 200 cm, but joinable, and one bed of 160 x 200cm), a bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet , a modern and very well equipped kitchen, covered terrace with sitting and dining area and a pool. Air conditioning: yes, in the 2 bedrooms. Kitchen equipment: 3 burner induction cooker, combi microwave, fridge and freezer, filter coffee machine and Nespresso® coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, rice cooker and complete set of dishes and cooking utensils. The kitchen is opened through the bar area on the terrace. Multimedia equipment: 1 TV (Canalsat channels), broadband Internet Wi-Fi. Various equipment: iron and ironing board, hairdryer, baby bed, plancha and hammock. Swimming Pool: yes, 7.5 x 3.5 m (1.5 m deep), salt water pool to be shared with quiet guests, security alarm for children. Terrace: 30 sqm covered terrace, opening onto the pool, offering a living space and dining area. Linen: bed and household linens supplied, and bath towels also supplied against refundable deposit. Replaced every 7 nights. Additional services = Everyday life products will be at your disposal when arriving, fresh bottled water, soap, mosquito repellents, toilet paper, cleaning products, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper…and you will find a Welcome Basket for relaxing around a glass, preparing a light first dinner and your first breakfast for the next morning (pasta, rice, jam, local fruits, coffee, tea, orange juice…). Cleaning on the day of departure is including in the rental price. To know: The room with two single beds is independent and does not communicate with thof the parent’s room. This room has direct access to the kitchen and then to the pool. We therefore do not recommend the Annex to children under 12 years of age for security reasons.
