Annexe with hot tub, near beach and Lincs wolds

Beautiful self contained annexe as part of our large family home in the beautiful farming village of Keelby with hot tub, fire pit, bikes and a paddle board. Perfectly located surrounded by the coast of Cleethorpes, country side of the wolds, market towns a plenty and historic cities Lincoln and Kingston upon Hull. Humberside airport is also 10 minutes away if you want to start your international holiday early or are flying in on business. As regular air bnb guests ourselves we know what makes our stays so special, so we have created you a beautiful space with privacy and adventure a combination of what we have enjoyed throughout our times as guests. We welcome you with a self check in but only a phone call away if you need us, we endeavour to meet you during your first day at our “New Road annexe”. You will arrive and park on our drive and go through your own gate into your own private garden with table and chairs, fire pit, bbq and a top spec hot tub which is exclusive to you through out your stay. You have a private entrance to the house. The annexe has a well fitted modern kitchen with all the amenities you will need, if it’s not there just ask! You will go up your own staircase to the bedroom where you will enjoy a bright large airy room with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, sofa, TV and BlueRay/DVD . Your en-suite has a modern wet room. We provide you with a set of towels each, you may want to bring extra for the beach or the hot tub. Enjoy a range of DVD’s, books, games or wrap yourselves up in the blankets provided and sit outside toasting marshmallows over the fire pit. (Marshmallows and one charcoal set provided per stay) or jump in the hot tub after a long day exploring. You have your own parking space on our drive in front of our garage doors. We have 2 cars ourselves and will always ensure you have your own space. We will always respect your privacy but we endeavour to meet you on your day of arrival. After that you can ring us or just knock on our door if there’s anything you need. Keelby is a small farming village in the Lincolnshire wolds. Walk to Roxton woods or go further a field into the open fields with plenty of public footpaths. Lincolnshire wolds offer so much to walkers/hikers whether you are a beginner or experienced. Keelby has plenty to offer in terms of convenience with food stores, Chinese, pizza and fish and chips as well as two friendly pubs one serving the Grimsby famous beast burgers! Cycle in the country side with the two bikes provided and take a lovely picnic with the flask, rug and picnic bag that we also provide. Or drive 19 minutes to Cleethorpes coast and go paddle boarding on the board we provide or join a class at Ebb and Flo to improve your skill and don’t forget to factor in the best Grimsby fish and chips in the country. Drive to the beautiful market towns if you love Heritage and discover the rich culture and heritage behind the charming market towns and villages nestled in and around the wolds. Explore the historic market town of Louth home to the highest parish church spire in England, enjoy a steam train railway and learn about the patchworks of airfields and RAF museums across Lincolnshire, including the famous Lancaster Bomber and Dambusters, that helped shape our rich aviation history. You can even go back in time and follow in Tennyson’s footsteps or explore National Trust stately homes and castles. Market towns Louth, Brigg and Caistor all within a 10-20 minute drive. While you are here Lincoln is a must visit and only a 45 minute (32mile)drive with the stunning cathedral, castle and the famous steep hill with quirky shops and coffee shops. The famous Humber bridge and Hull is only a 30 minute drive away. Hull, since receiving the title city of culture in 2017 has transformed itself into a real gem offering fantastic restaurants, bars, cafe’s and a mix of museums, particularly the old town and round the harbour. Humberside airport is a 10 minute drive away. You can walk or cycle the public pathways in the local areas around the wolds, drive to the coast or historic towns and cities. Public transport bus the ‘Humber flyer’ is hourly into Grimsby shopping or Cleethorpes and Hull and if you drive 5 minutes to the neighbouring village of Habrough you can catch the train with direct links to Doncaster Newark and Manchester. The use of the hot tube is for sole use for our guests. The jacuzzi can be used from 7am until 22pm, please respect our neighbours privacy. Thank you
