Countryside apartment sleeping four guests with private pool Welcome to our sweet one bedroomed apartment in the heart of the Zagreb countryside, just 45 minutes from the vibrant capital. Perfect for guests who want to explore the gorgeous region of Zagreb and then head back to a comfortable hideaway at the end of each day. The sunny ground floor apartment sits on a plot together with our villa, Croatian Haven. The accommodation sleeps up to four guests in one double bedroom and one double sofa bed in the lounge. It’s ideal for couples but can also accommodate families with 1-2 children. As it’s on the ground floor it’s ideal for grandparents or guests with reduced mobility. It can be rented separately or together with the villa, to sleep a total of nine guests. Outdoors Guests can enjoy the beautiful shared garden, private swimming pool, sunny terraces with sun loungers and Weber gas BBQ. The apartment itself has a private picnic garden. Simply kick back and enjoy a slice of Croatian rural luxury! The garden leads directly out to the countryside, perfect for a brisk morning walk after breakfast! We are just a few minutes walk from the village of Kriz with its shops, bars and restaurants. Living & Dining Fully equipped with modern comforts, the apartment features Wifi, satellite TV channels and a music system. And with hot and cold air conditioning and central heating, we are equipped and ready to welcome guests all year round. There is a bright and spacious lounge and dining area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, music system and dining table to seat four guests. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whizz up some home-cooked meals using local produce during your stay. Included: oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cooking equipment, kettle and a tea and coffee machine, and children’s high chair. Plus plenty of plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. There is also a washing machine, clothes drying rack and iron. Don’t feel like cooking? Food can be delivered to Croatian Peace. Ask our property manager for details of local delivery options. Bedrooms & Bathrooms One double bedroom with patio doors out to a balcony. There are shutters on the doors to screen the morning sunlight if you prefer. In the lounge, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. Included: quality bed linen, towels, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gels, and electric blankets. Location, location, location! For travellers who love to discover the undiscovered, the Moslavina Valley is a must-visit. This fascinating micro-region is a different world from the Croatian coast. Traditional and unspoilt, it’s the perfect destination for those who want to experience adventure, stunning landscapes, the vibrant capital, and authentic Croatia all in one trip. The surrounding countryside is cycle-friendly and we provide bikes for rent, along with suggested routes/maps for exploring the surrounding area. It’s also an easy cycle to the surrounding villages to pick up some groceries from the local supermarket or enjoy a meal in a traditional restaurant.
