Breezeway to store helmets and gear, extra storage in basement. 4 Bed Rooms, 1.5 Bathrooms, 50" smart TV - 7 Beds & 1 Futon Bed - 1,700 square ft - non-smoking. Located 65 miles from Mackinaw Bridge. No need to trailer your ATV/ORV or snowmobile, ride to trailheads from house. Parking area plowed for trucks and trailers all winter. Ideal for small or large groups and families. Kitchen Area has an electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a refrigerator. (Kitchen is fully stocked to cook and eat for larger groups - closet by front door has extra small appliances including 3 different coffee machines - bring your K-cups if you want) Large Dinning Room Table, 2 bar stools 1 reclining couch & 1 reclining love seats and a futon sofa in the Living Space. Sheets, blankets & pillows provided for all beds, including futon. Towels provided, Suave shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. Washer and dryer available also for use. The basement has game table. and great place to hand out on hot days. Card table and chairs stored in garage for your use if needed. Boot dryers located in breezeway closet for your use. All items in the breezeway closets are available for renters use, please return when done.
