The toilet and wet room shower are also on ground floor . The house is newly built and finished to a very high standard. Peaceful location, beautifully designed, comfortable accommodation. Sleep well on a memory foam mattress, with black out blinds and only the sound of bird song to wake you in the morning! Self contained cottage, shared use of private garden. Happy to suggest places to visit in the area including great places to eat and drink. Hook is in Jane Austen country, guests can visit her house and see some of the best loved English villages that inspired her novels. Easy access from the M3 and 5 minutes by taxi, or 15 minutes walk, from main line railway station. Delicious breakfast delivered to your door or served in the garden, weather permitting. Friendly but curious cat inhabits the garden.
