One extra bedroom to rent to a travel nurse, (preferably), nonsmoking, needs to be comfortable having a dog around, neat, respects property, in a quiet neighborhood. It is only minutes away from Sutter Delta Hospital or 10 minutes from Kaiser Hospital. Can use kitchen, living room, pool, spa, parking spaces Easy to get around. Close to Supermarkets, restaurants and all other shopping. Again looking for a traveling nurse to rent a bedroom with air conditioner, TV, and desk.
