Wilnecote House is a modern, newly refurbished 2 bed home in a quiet cul-de-sac with off-street parking for 3 cars. The house is perfect for small families or business travellers. The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 King and 1 Single bed. Situated on the outskirts of Tamworth but conveniently located for all of Tamworth's sights and activities. Guests will have access to the whole house, including a fully equipped kitchen and spacious garden area. The lounge features a 50" SMART TV. Guest will be able to self check-in using the Keysafe. Within the property both of the bedrooms are good sizes and there is a separate spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen. There is a dining area with seating for up to 4 people and a comfy 3 seater sofa. The 50” SMART TV has easy access to Netflix and other apps. The bathroom has a modern suite with both rainfall, and handheld shower. The kitchen has all the amenities you should need for your stay, including a built in dishwasher and washing machine with integrated tumble dryer. Please note we do have a strict no smoking or pet policy. Guests will have access to the whole house during their stay. Self-check in is via a Keysafe, however I live locally so I am on hand for any assistance during your stay. The house is set on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac within easy reach of all of Tamworth's amenities. The house is located just 2 minutes from the A5/M42 (Junction 10). Nearest train station is Wilnecote (2.7 miles). Tamworth Station is 3.2 miles away. Birmingham Airport/ The NEC is approx 20-25 mins by car. Please note, we do have a Ring Doorbell set up on the front of the property. This is set to record motion only, and is purely for security purposes.
