Cosy and cool house, with a wonderful view, ideal for families, groups of friends and couples that seek tranquility. It is situated a few metres below the main street and less than 3 min walk from the beach. The property has a comfy bedroom, which has one double bed and a couch. An additional single bed can be added in the bedroom. There is a living room for the hours of your relaxation, as well as for the hours of work. In the same room, there is a table-desk and a sofa-bed. The kitchen is spacious and functional, fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home. In the yard that surrounds the property, there is a small and a large table where you can enjoy your coffee but also your food, overlooking the settlement of Nanouras or the Ikarian Sea. Visitors will have access in all of the rooms of the house (except from a bedroom that is part of a separate apartment) and in the yard that surrounds the property. Visitors can communicate with me by phone, SMS or e-mail. Quite neighbourhood overlooking the Ikarian Sea, in a privileged position for wonderful sunsets. There is free parking in the public street that transverses the settlement. From Below the central street towards the beach, visitors can only move on foot. Beside the wide stairs that lead to the beach, there is a lane for baby carriage or trolley. The house is situated in one of the most scenic and favourite destinations for families and small groups of friends. It is less than three minutes above the beach and less than one minute from the central road, from where visitors can explore the whole island. It is only 15 minutes away from Mesakti, the most cosmopolitan beach of the island, less than 30 minutes away from Christos Raches, a famous destination for shopping, food and night excursions, and 40 minutes from the port of Eydilos.
