From house and terrace you have views of the dunes while you have views of the ocean from the plot. The 147 m² large house has open concept kitchen and living room, 5 bedrooms, mezzanine, 2 bathrooms with shower cabinets, swimming pool, 4 persons whirlpool and a sauna. There are both air-to-air heat pump and air-to-water heat pump for cheap heating of both house and pool. The decor is modern with furnishings in Danish design. The large windows in the living room let the sunlight in all day, making the rooms very bright and cosy. In the pool area you will find the pool which has a children's corner, a lowered whirlpool, sauna and one of the bathrooms. Here the entire family will undoubtedly spend a lot of time. There are open terraces facing east, south and west, the perfect place to enjoy the sun setting into the North Sea, for sunbathing or cosy barbecues. The plot is slightly hilly and borders the dunes and beach.
