The property produces an excellent Sangiovese wine and an award-winning olive oil, which can be purchased on site from the owner who is an expert in oil producing and a certified taster. Tastings are available on request.Casino de Sala features three fully renovated stone cottages. Each cottage has an outdoor terrace equipped with a large umbrella, sunning and eating area. All three cottages must be rented together and as a whole sleep 6 guests. Guests are invited to swim in the property’s large negative-edge pool with breathtaking views of the valleys below. There is a large shaded area with outdoor living space with pool bathroom and changing room. Each cottage features king-sized beds, renovated full bathrooms and kitchenettes for breakfast and light meals. Attached to the main villa with a separate entrance is a large elegantly furnished living and dining area with a professional kitchen for guests to use for group meals. For additional guests there is one available bedroom in the main villa with a separate garden entrance, king-size bed and full bath as well as a convenient coffee maker. The owners of this unique farm live on the property and have three friendly dogs. Rental for the 3 cottages is Euro 7000 weekly. The additional charge for the bedroom used in the main house villa is Euro 1000 weekly. Rental includes the exclusive use of this beautiful gated property and pool, the large kitchen dining area for group meals, and onsite parking. There is a final cleaning of Euro 400 for the three cottages. Air conditioning and/or heating of all cottages is Euro 450. Free wi-fi on the premises. Fitness room available at your own risk.
