The holiday home has a sauna, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. A place where you can enjoy, eat, play, relax and unwind with your family and relatives. The beach is close by. You can walk up the dike and be on the water in five minutes. The cozy center of Colijnsplaat is less than a ten-minute walk away, here are several good restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. Larger places such as Goes, Middelburg and Zierikzee can be reached quickly by car. If you like sailing, you can do so from the marina of Colijnsplaat, if you would like to play golf, you can do so in Goes and Bruinisse and if you want to rest, you can stay in the garden of your holiday home. The North Sea beach is about 15 minutes away by car. You enter the Charming holiday home through the hall which gives access to the cozy living room with sitting area around the gas-fireplace, dining area and the open kitchen, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. Adjacent to the kitchen is the wellness area with sauna and bathroom. From this room you have access to the garden with terrace. Here you can smell the salty sea air of the Oosterschelde. On the ground floor is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath There are four more bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms on the first floor. Charming holiday home is very suitable to live in as a family home with several families; grandfather, grandmother, children and grandchildren. The house can be booked with 10 adults and a maximum of 2 babies. It is possible to book a child-friendly home on request. This house has a trampoline and a sheltered garden.The small-scale park is being built in phases. This may mean that work may take place at the park during your stay. It goes without saying that any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum.
