Furnished Studio Near SJ Downtown (long stay)

In-law studio in charming Victorian cottage home. Separate entrance in quiet residential cul-de-sac street. Quern size bed with memory foam mattress, small wall table with two chairs, portable USB speakers/ alarm clock, and a metal wardrobe with shelves and hangers are available in the room. There’s no separate sitting area besides the bed and the chairs by the wall table. The idea is to give you more amenities and keep the place spacious. Two people are welcome, but keep in mind that the bed is a queen size bed. We do welcome up to 2 individuals in the studio, but it’s up to you to understand the space being offered. The small kitchenette has no stove. It has a mini-fridge, an electric water kettle, a toaster (under the sink), a single cup coffee maker, a filtered water jar, and a microwave. Plates, utensils and cleaning products are in the cabinet underneath the sink. Wine glasses, mugs, tea, coffee, on the shelves. Small bathroom with shower, new glass door. Limited selection of toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion, tissue) can be found inside the medicine cabinet above the sink. If you need special kinds/ amount, we advise you to bring your own. Most guests are satisfied with what we offer but it is hard to please all. Hair dryer and iron are inside a basket placed on the metal wardrobe shelf. Small ironing board is against the wall. You may find two towels and a blanket also on the metal shelves . Portable humidifier/ heater and fan towers available. No A/C. Feel free to open/close windows and door as you wish or as needed. Our property is quiet and the backyard is very private. Please be aware that San Jose can get hot is the summer and if a cold room is what you are looking for, we suggest that you pay more for a room with the AC convenience.
