Single room located in a quiet neighbourhood (detached house) Conveniently located: easy access to town center, the A34, and frequent bus links to Oxford. Bathroom is for guests of both rooms to share, kitchen available for LIGHT COOKING. Dear guest, book your own stay as I will not accept a booking made on behalf of someone else or a booking made from someone else's Airbnb account. Your name will match your I.D. Space to relax and work, fully furnished with view on the garden. Conveniently close to Oxford Road, quiet area, couple of small supermarkets and a convenience shop, couple of pubs, one with really good food, a chinese take away, post office, lavomatic all in walking distance. Bathroom fully equipped reserved for guests of both rooms, you may have to share. Guests are politely reminded not to shower late at night. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining room and garden. Kitchen available for LIGHT cooking: microwave, kettle, toaster essentially and space in the fridge. Guests bring their own supplies. Please note: Ovens, hob, washing-machine and dryer are NOT included in the service. There is a bus stop less than 3 minutes walk, frequent buses (every 10 min or so) to Oxford (20 minutes on the bus) or Abingdon. Abingdon is 15 minutes easy walk. The A34 is less than 10 minutes away. There is no parking space on the premises however there is ample unrestricted street parking outside the close , do park sensibly. The close is tiny (6 houses) and closest street is a side road.
