A kitchenette is provided and equipped for coffee, tea, snacks, as well as a refrigerator and microwave. Great river side neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but located just a 6 min drive to town and 10 min to downtown Wenatchee. Leavenworth is a 30 min commute, Chelan 45 min , The Gorge concert theater 40 min, Mission Ridge Ski Resort 25 min, and moments from cycling and hiking trails through out Wenatchee Valley. The loft is private. Has its own private outside deck with comfy seating and Foreman bbq. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with 2 sinks and a private shower and toilet , living and dining area, and kitchenette. 1000 square feet of private living space all to yourself. You may access the back yard and gas bbq with request. There is a private beach below the property for sitting to read a book and watching the wildlife ( ducks, geese, eagles, beaver and local quail families). 1 mile away is a boat launch that is fun to float down and land back on the beach. Available by phone, text or email for questions. We like to give guests their own space. Socializing is minimal but available upon request. We go with the flow ! We let you lead and allow plenty of space for your own comfort. 6 minutes from Costco and Grocery. Banking and Mall shopping is 9 minutes. 10 minutes to downtown shopping. 2 local neighborhood wineries within 10 minutes. Martin Scott and Bianchi Vineyards. highlander Golf course is a 5 minute drive. Leavenworth, Mission Ridge and Chelan all 25-40 minutes drive. Quiet neighborhood for walking with sidewalks. Walking and cycling trail walkable distance of 1 mile from door front. Lots of wildlife to watch on the river. Sunrise, sunset , moonrise, and moon sets available to view. Laundry available upon request. Long term rates are available for stays beyond 1 week. Street parking. Sometimes driveway is available upon request. Skiing, hiking, wine tasting, road and mountain biking, breweries, kayaking, and floating all available in the valley. Local hospital is a 10 minute drive for traveling providers.
